Therefore, we 100% guarantee every candle we sell to burn. Soy candles do burn slower than traditional paraffin candles because they have a lower melting point. If you encounter a problem with ANY Soyworx candle not burning PLEASE keep the candle for return and contact us. We will resolve the issue as timely as possible. We want EVERYONE to be satisfied with the burn of your candle. If you are not - please contact us immediately. sales@soyworx.com RETURN/REFUND POLICY All Sales are Final. Returns will only be accepted on defective product. Once the return is received you will be given the choice of a replacement product when available or we will refund the purchase price plus shipping charges incurred due to the defect.
